Over the last fifteen years, our organization has gone through an evolution — in our curriculum, our people, and our politics. We’ve expanded our curriculum offerings, our partnerships, and national reach, and are looking for a leader who can take re:power to the next exciting chapter, as we head into the next phase of elections and fights for our communities.
What we’re looking for: A courageous leader who understands our approach to training and capacity building, and why a framework of inclusive politics is needed now more than ever. A politics of inclusion that centers on finding, building, and maintaining the leadership of people of color, specifically women of color, excites us — and we hope that it excites you too.
